Your order will be checked and processed as soon as it is received in our office. Some delays will occur over weekends and bank holidays. We will check all your order details and contact you about artwork and payment. You will then receive a final confirmation from our office that your order is being processed.

Order payment
We have made every effort to present our service in the most understandable way to allow for easy choice and ordering. Your order will not be released for delivery until payment has been processed, (unless you have a 30 day account)

Accounts
We are happy to set up 30 day accounts for clients wishing to use our service regularly. Accounts may be opened for any regular customer by special arrangement with at least two References from current Suppliers to your organisation. Prices
All prices quoted exclude UK VAT which will be added at the current rate, and delivery.
Customer Details
Your customer details will not be passed on to any other party at any other time. We may however contact you, to keep you informed of new developments within our own service, new products and ideas. If you wish to be removed from this list please contact: sales@ihsc.uk.com. On receipt of your request your name will be withdrawn from our marketing list.
Security
We will not allow any other party access to your information at any point in time.
All credit card information is destroyed after use.
Accounts

DELIVERY
Turnaround and Delivery
We aim to deliver to your door within 5 working days from receipt of approved artwork. If your requirement is more urgent please call us to arrange alternative delivery methods. Special Delivery requirements (next day etc.) on application.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are not included in the price unless otherwise stated.
Our standard delivery charges are:
£20.00 for first 10kg £0.70 per extra kilogram.

Working days are Monday to Friday. These days are also the main delivery days.
Delivery Expectations
Please note we expect the recipient or someone to be able to receive and sign for the delivery. In the event of someone not at home a "while you were out" card will be left stating the date and time of attempted delivery. The card will have a local contact telephone number for the recipient to call to arrange another delivery. We do not control this situation.
Delivery Address
We offer a professional delivery service. To achieve our greatest efficiency we require full and concise addressing details. It is most important for every order to contain the formal name of the recipient with title, plus the fullest, normal address details. THE MOST IMPORTANT DETAIL IS THE ADDRESS POSTCODE. We will also require a telephone number for the recipient. Provided full address details are supplied, as requested. all deliveries should be made very precisely. We cannot be responsible for problems, which occur as a result of incorrect or invalid information given to us.
